Who can attend?
Anyone and everyone interested in caving! You do not have to be a member to attend our meetings. You’re welcome to show up for a Grotto meeting to get a feel for who we are and what we do.
Date and Time
Boston Grotto meetings are held on the first Wednesday of every month from 7:30 to 9:00pm, except for holidays and special events. Check the calendar on the homepage for details.
We meet at MIT in room E51-145 in:
70 Memorial Drive, Cambridge MA
(at the corner of Memorial Drive and Wadsworth St.)
This is a short walk from the Kendall Sq. red line station. Parking is available too.
Meeting Content
Meetings always include recent cave trip reports, announcements of future trips, and discussion of local, regional, and national caving activities. Some meetings also include a program: guest speakers, scientific presentations, movies, skills demonstrations, etc.
